Goal
After coating using one of the various techniques, most parts have to be fitted together into fully assembled products. This is a field that ALRO also specialises in, and enables ALRO to deliver completely finished modules to the end producers. Besides assembling, even prints can be applied using stipple printing or [silk-] screen printing.
Applications
Cars: bumpers, doorhandles, dashboard components, door panels, mirrors, spoilers, trims, etc.
Trucks: bumpers, front modules, light-bulb housings, door panels, roof spoilers, sun visors, etc.
Electronics: telephones, electrical appliances, TV frames, copying machines, etc.
Other sectors: various mechanical assemblies.
Method
Using product-specific prescribed assembly instructions, the products are assembled according to the customer’s requirements. This assembly consists of coated products and a variety of other components to be fitted, such as hinges, logos, strips, etc. If required, ALRO itself also provides the engineering and development of the required tools. Besides the actual assembly itself, ALRO also manages the entire logistical flow of all subcomponents, from producer to enduser.
